Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order from My Orders until the partner ships it (or starts making a made-to-measure item).

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method after cancellation.
• Orders already shipped can be returned under the Returns & Refunds policy instead.
• Partners may cancel an order they cannot fulfil; you will receive a full refund.
