What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and delivery addresses.
• Order details: items, payments (processed by our payment partner — we never store card numbers) and delivery status.
• Measurements and preferences you choose to save for made-to-measure orders.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working well.

How we use it

• To process orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• To let you talk to boutiques and designers through Tatito messages (phone numbers and emails are hidden in chat).
• To send order updates and, if you agree, offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with the boutique or designer fulfilling your order, our delivery and payment partners, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

AI try-on photos

Photos you upload for virtual try-on are processed in memory to create the preview and are not stored.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in My Account, or contact us to delete your account.
